Terms of service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to the DriveFlow app for Windows, the website www.driveflow.casa and your DriveFlow account (together, “DriveFlow”). By installing the app, signing in or using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use DriveFlow.

The service

DriveFlow helps you upload, download and manage files between your Windows computer and your Google Drive accounts. DriveFlow is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features or usage limits, we’ll announce them clearly on the website and in the app before they apply, and features you already use for free won’t be restricted without notice.

Your account

  • You sign in with your own Google account and must provide accurate information.
  • You’re responsible for activity on your account and on the computers you sign in on. Sign out any computer you no longer use from your account page.
  • Each account can be signed in on a limited number of computers, shown in the app when you reach it.

Your license to use DriveFlow

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DriveFlow on computers you own or control, for personal or work purposes, as long as you follow these terms. You may not:

  • Sell, rent or redistribute DriveFlow, or distribute modified versions of it.
  • Bypass or tamper with sign-in, activation or device limits.
  • Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Use DriveFlow to break the law or to harm DriveFlow, Google or other people.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the law and the Google Terms of Service and Google Drive program policies when you use DriveFlow. Don’t use DriveFlow to store or share content you don’t have the right to, to spread malware, or to overload or attack our servers.

Your files

  • Your files stay yours. They go directly between your computer and Google Drive, and we don’t receive or store them.
  • Actions you take in the app, such as uploading, renaming, sharing, moving to trash or permanently deleting, change your Google Drive just as you instruct. Check before deleting, and keep backups of important data.
  • If you use encryption, keep your password safe. Encrypted files can’t be restored without it, and we can’t recover it for you.

Google services

DriveFlow works with Google Drive through Google’s APIs. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms. DriveFlow isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.

Updates and availability

We may update DriveFlow, change features or stop offering some features. We try to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If the app can’t reach our servers, it keeps working for a limited time with your last confirmed sign-in, and transfers already in progress aren’t cancelled because of a failed check.

Ending your use

You can stop using DriveFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or lock an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or our servers at risk. Where possible, we’ll tell you why and how to contact us.

Disclaimer

DriveFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t give warranties of any kind, including that DriveFlow will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DriveFlow isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use DriveFlow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll announce them on the website and in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use DriveFlow after that means you accept the updated terms.
